將軍澳新都城$1.5萬租出實用呎租$41.2

世紀21物業(將軍澳)分行經理魏仕良表示，日前促成將軍澳新都城一期六座高層B室，單位實用面積364平方呎，兩房戶剛以$1.5萬租出，較業主上星期放盤$1.55萬，一口價輕微減價$500成功租出。據悉，租客為區外客，考慮到屋苑鄰近港鐵寶林站，全天候廿四小時天橋連接港鐵站及大型購物商場，生活百貨衣食住行應有盡有，即決定承租單位，實用面積平均呎租$41.2。

魏仕良續指，原業主於2017年8月以約$590萬購入物業至今，現在以租金$1.5萬計算，物業租金回報達3厘。
