將軍澳唐明苑B座2房戶外區綠表買家以$365萬承接

世紀21物業(將軍澳)分行經理魏仕良表示，一名外區買家以$365萬購入，將軍澳唐明苑B座(唐煌閣)高層15室，實用面積429平方呎，兩房一廳開則單位裝修企理向西北望山景。據了解，業主早於2020年11月放盤叫價468萬(居二市場價)，期間多次調整至近日叫價$388萬，終獲外區綠表買家以$365萬承接，累計減價$103萬，減幅達22%，折合實用面積呎價為$8,508。

魏仕良續指，原業主於1999年7月以$74.2萬(未補地價)購入物業至今，持貨24年帳面獲利$290.8萬，物業24年間大幅升值3.9倍。
