奧運海桃灣3房議價後以$1,078萬成交實用呎價$17,643

香港置業-翁嘉慧董事表示，日前促成奧運海桃灣2座中層D室，實用面積約611平方呎，屬3房間隔，向東望市區景觀。翁嘉慧指出，單位原以約$1,100萬放盤約5個月，其後獲外區客洽詢，雙方經議價後以$1,078萬成交，實用面積平均呎價約$17,643。據了解，買家為家庭客，原居於新界，因計劃安排子女在九龍區升讀中學，遂於區內物色單位。買家認為物業鄰近港鐵站，單位間隔亦符合需求，故睇樓一次後即決定入市。

資料顯示，原業主於2014年9月以約$910萬購入上述單位，是次轉手帳面獲利約＄168萬離場。
