太古城明宮閣中層2房戶同區客以高市價$2.7萬承租

美聯物業 - 陳昌裕經理表示，租務暢旺，優質租盤更是搶手。太古城屋苑配套完善及交通方便，故租盤承接力佳，而連裝修戶更特別受到市場垂青。10月份該行促成太古城一個兩房連新裝修租盤成交，同區客不惜以高市價承租優質戶，月租$2.7萬，呎租約達$46，而2009年貨租金回報率更高達8厘水平。

陳昌裕指出，太古城9月份租務仍算活躍，並錄得約22宗租務成交，而踏入10月份該行亦促成太古城明宮閣一個中層G室的租盤成交，實用面積約582平方呎，兩房戶型，業主希望提升租盤吸引力及租金水平，故將單位進行新裝修。同區客鍾情單位連新裝修，質素上佳，以月租$2.7萬承租單位，呎租更高達約$46，屬高於同類戶型市價成交。業主於2009年3月以約$403萬購入物業，以目前租金計算，租金回報約有8厘。
