中原地產 - 姚枝榮經理表示，暑假過後，近日租賃交投量回落，大埔白石角朗濤最新錄7B座地下連花園戶，單位實用面積529平方呎，2房間隔，議價後以$2.2萬租出，實用平均呎租約$41.6。

姚枝榮指，新租客為外區客，本居於港島區，見屋苑環境舒適，單位間隔合用，價錢合理，即把握機會租入單位自用。據了解，業主於2019年以約$923萬購入單位，是次租出單位可享約2.9厘租金回報。
