大埔昌運中心4座中層2房持貨25年獲利$314萬離場

中原地產大埔嵐山分行經理楊頌堯表示,大埔昌運中心最新錄4座中層E室,單位建築面積446平方呎,實用面積342平方呎,2房間隔,放盤時開價約$560萬,議價後以$502萬沽出,實用面積呎價$14,678。

中原楊頌堯表示,原業主則於1997年以$188萬購入單位,持貨25年,是次沽出單位賬面獲利$314萬離場,單位升值約167%。
