美聯物業大埔逸瓏灣分行助理聯席董事汪子龍表示,該行促成大埔廣場一宗成交,單位為2座低層E室,實用面積390平方呎,建築面積467平方呎,2房間隔,向東,以$433萬購入,實用面積平均呎價$11,103,建築面積平均呎價$9,272。

 

據了解,原業主於1985年2月以$16.9萬一手購入上述物業,持貨約37年,帳面獲利$416.1萬,物業升值近25倍。
