中原地產-黃達雄經理表示，大埔宏福苑最新錄E座中層02室，單位實用面積467平方呎，建築面積564平方呎，2房間隔，開價$1.38萬，因大廈有維修工程，日前議價後以$1.2萬租出，實用面積平均呎租約$25.7。

據了解，新租客為區內客，見單位價錢合預算，間隔合用，即決定租入單位自住。據了解，業主則於2004年以$93萬買入單位，是次租出單位可享約15.5厘回報。
