大埔天賦海灣二期溋玥議價後以$3.6萬租出實用呎租$27.2

中原地產-鄭志遠經理表示，日前促成大埔天賦海灣剛錄二期溋玥12座中層B室，單位實用面積1,322平方呎，建築面積1,715平方呎，3房連套房間隔，放盤時開價約$3.8萬，議價後以$3.6萬租出，實用面積平均呎租約$27.2。

中原鄭志遠表示，新租客為區內客，見屋苑環境舒適，單位間隔合用，即租入市單位自住。據悉，業主於2024年以$1,350萬購入單位，是次租出單位可享約3.2厘租金回報。
