大埔中心2房$510萬易主 獲利約$410萬離場

中原地產海日灣分行經理李嘉龍表示,日前促成大埔中心3座高層E室,單位實用面積409平方呎,建築面積551平方呎,2房間隔,放盤時開價約$555萬,雙方議價後以$510萬易手,實用面積平均呎價約$12,469。

中原李嘉龍指,新買家為上車客,原業主則於2004年以$100萬購入單位,持貨約18年,是次沽出單位獲利約$410萬離場,單位期內升值約4.1倍。
