大埔中心16座中層2房戶議價後以$400萬沽出

中原地產 - 趙愛蓮經理表示，近期入市氣氛向好，大埔中心最新錄得16座中層C室成交，單位建築面積482平方呎，實用面積384平方呎，2房間隔，叫價約$415萬，議價後以$400萬沽出，實用平均呎價約$10417。

趙愛蓮表示，新買家為上車客，見屋苑環境舒適，價錢合理，決定購入單位自住。據了解，原業主於2000年以約$130萬購入單位，持貨25年，是次轉手賬面獲利約$270萬離場，期內升值約208%。
