北角金豐大廈2房成交價$370萬持貨6年帳面損失$149萬

世紀21日昇-蔡嘉駿董事表示，最新成交是北角金豐大廈低層C室，單位實用面積約276平方呎，單位屬2房間隔單位，向南眺望樓景為主，單位原業主放盤價為$370萬，最終輕微減價$19萬至$351萬成交，實用面積平均呎價為$12,717，減價僅約5.1%成交。

蔡嘉駿補充，單位原業主於2019年8月才以$500萬高價購入上址，持貨僅僅6年帳面損失$149萬，期間顯著跌價逾30%。
