世紀21日昇-蔡嘉駿董事表示，最新成交是北角慧雲峰高層B單位，實用面積約934平方呎，單位屬3房連套房設計，向東北面眺望維港海景，成交價$1,620萬，實用面積平均呎價約$17,345，業主原叫價為$1,750萬，期間減價$130萬，減幅為7.4%，相對於2個月前屋苑同類型中層單位成交價$1,400萬，最新成交呎價已顯著回升約16%。

蔡嘉駿補充，據悉單位原業主2007年1月以$908萬購入上址單位，業主持貨18年帳面升值$712萬，期間升值78%。
