北角富雅花園2房成交價$509.8萬實用呎價$12,138

世紀21日昇-蔡嘉駿董事表示，最新成交是位近於北角富雅花園5座(金桂閣)高層D室，單位實用面積約420平方呎，單位屬2房間隔單位，向西北面眺望樓景為主，成交價$509.8萬，實用面積平均呎價約$12,138，單位原先叫價為$560萬，最終減價$50.2萬成交，減幅約9%。

蔡嘉駿補充，據悉單位原業主於2011年5月購入上址單位，當時售價為$360萬，目前以$509.8萬售出單位，業主持貨14年賬面賺價$149.8萬，期間樓價上升約42%。
