九龍君臨天下1座中層3房戶專業人士「不議價」擲$6.2萬承租

香港置業 - 戴志文董事表示，近期租金走勢凌厲，豪宅租務市場表現尤其突出。該行剛促成一宗君臨天下3房海景單位租務成交，一名外區專業人士鍾情物業屬區內標誌性豪宅，極具身份象徵，睇樓兩次「不議價」擲$6.2萬承租，呎租約$59，略高於市場水平。

戴志文表示，上述租出單位為君臨天下1座中層B室，實用面積1,049平方呎，為3房海景單位。該租客為專業人士，鍾情單位坐擁東南煙花海景，景觀開揚奪目，加上屬九龍站標誌性豪宅，極具身份象徵價值。業主半個月前以$6.2萬放租，租客睇樓兩次後即決定「不議價」承租，反映優質豪宅單位的獨特吸引力。

據了解，君臨天下本月暫錄得約5宗租務成交，現時同類型三房海景單位放盤叫價一般由$5.8萬起。原業主早於2014年10月以約$3,001.3萬購入上述單位。
