上水奕翠園8座低層3房戶議價後以$830萬沽出

中原地產 - 劉德興經理表示，近期市況向好，買家入市步伐加快，上水奕翠園新近錄得8座低層H室成交，單位建築面積1172平方呎，實用面積1022平方呎，3房連套房間隔，放盤時開價約$900萬，議價後以$830萬沽出，實用面積平均呎價$8121。

劉德興指，新買家為用家，見單位間隔合用，價錢合理，即入市單位自用。據了解，原業主則於1997年1月以$625萬購入上址，持貨約28年，現轉手賬面獲利$205萬離場，單位升值約32.8%。
