Sun Hung Kai Properties (0016) announced the latest update for its Yuen Long development, The Yoho Hub II, yesterday. Block 6 of the project will feature a total of 469 units, ranging from one- to four-bedroom apartments.
The show flats will be available for viewing as early as next week, with the price list expected to be announced around the same time. The units will be launched at market price.
The units’ sizes range from 338 to 1,035 square feet, and comprise the following: 47 one-bedroom units, each around 388 square feet; 187 two-bedroom units, ranging from 447 to 492 square feet; 234 three-bedroom units, ranging from 538 to 905 square feet; 1 four-bedroom unit, measuring 1,035 square feet.
The show flats for Block 6 are expected to be open for viewing next week, with the price list to be announced at the same time, and the units will be sold at market prices.
As for Block 8, which was launched earlier, all units have been sold, generating nearly HK$4 billion in revenue. Handover of the units to buyers is now underway.
