A detached house at No.15 Shouson, developed by Emperor International and other developers, has been sold for HK$578.95 million — the highest transaction in the Hong Kong Island South district so far this year. The sale works out to about HK$60,623 per square foot.
House No. 6, a standalone residence with six bedrooms and two parking spaces, sold for HK$578.95 million. The house measures 9,550 sq ft, with an additional 3,139 sq ft garden and a 2,559 sq ft rooftop terrace.
The unit includes private amenities such as a dedicated elevator, a gym and an indoor heated swimming pool.
The sale also included around HK$4 million worth of luxury renovation works.
