Mori, a residential project in Tuen Mun developed by Road King Properties and Shenzhen Investment, recorded seven unit sales today (May 22), generating HK$28.28 million in total revenue. Among the transactions, one investor made a bulk purchase of three one-bedroom units for approximately HK$11.5 million.
According to the sales records, the investor acquired three one-bedroom units, including Unit H on the 12th, 7th, and 1st floors of Block 1. Each unit has a usable area of 412 square feet, with transaction prices ranging from HK$3.583 million to HK$3.863 million, translating to HK$8,696 to HK$9,375 per square foot.
The remaining four transactions involved two-bedroom units with usable areas between 487 and 496 square feet. These units were sold for HK$4.143 million to HK$4.422 million, with per-square-foot prices between HK$8,447 and HK$9,080.
