Wang On Properties (1243) has recently uploaded the sales brochure for its mixed-use development project, Finnie, located at 9 Finnie Street in Quarry Bay. The project, which was announced on August 8, offers 90 residential units. The developer has indicated that they are actively preparing for sales and will unveil a show flat within the next week.

The project consists of 90 units housed in a single residential building. Each standard floor contains four units accessible by two elevators. The types of units include 41 one-bedroom and 41 two-bedroom configurations, with sizes ranging from 223 to 626 square feet. There are also 8 special feature units. The project's date of completion is set for May 31, 2026, with a pre-sale period of 22 months.
