According to New World, the newly sold full-floor floor is located in the high-rise of the project, with a construction area of about 24,600 square feet and a price of nearly 16,000 yuan per square foot. Statistics show that as early as 2017, New World has successively bid for 3 commercial sites in the area, creating a large-scale commercial area of more than 2 million square feet. The project is expected to be completed in the second quarter of this year.
