The key date of the project is March 31, 2024, and the off-the-plan construction period is about 22 months.

Liang Zhijia, the representative of Xijun Development, said that the project consists of a residential building and a base shopping mall, providing a total of 83 residential units, with a variety of apartment types, ranging from open-plan to two-room intervals, mainly open-plan units. He said that the project will upload the sales brochure and open a one-bedroom demonstration unit at the earliest in early June, and expect to launch it for sale within June.

On the other side, the Hong Kong Ferry and the URA are co-developed and sold by Henderson in Changsha Bay. Lin Damin, general manager of Henderson’s Agency Sales (1) Department, said that the building documents and demonstration units of the project have been prepared, within 10 days. The approval process for relevant documents can be completed within the next week, and the sales work is expected to start next week at the latest.

The unit has a usable area of 945 square feet and is a three-bedroom set with a workshop. The remaining show unit is Room F on the 38th floor of Block 2, with a usable area of 774 square feet.
