「365日全年打邊爐」始祖「春夏秋冬火鍋」5月底熄爐 開業35載:「萬分不捨但終須一別」

不少老字號捱過新冠疫情,卻捱不過結業潮。首創「365日」全年打邊爐的港式火鍋店「春夏秋冬火鍋」,早前宣布於5月底結業,將會成為港人的集體回憶。

「春夏秋冬火鍋」於1990年開業,以「360日都可以打邊爐」作招徠,打破香港人以往只在冬季打邊爐的習慣,更締造了「夏天開冷氣打邊爐」的新飲食文化,從此打邊爐成為了不少人晚飯、宵夜和聚會的選擇。

「春夏秋冬火鍋」高峰期共營運三間店舖,包括太子總店,還有炮台山及銅鑼灣兩間分店,不過受疫情衝擊,兩間分店相繼結業。日前店家在其Facebook專頁宣布:「承蒙您30多年來的厚愛與支持**【春夏秋冬火鍋店】**將於**5月底**正式結束營業。萬分不捨,但終須一別。」

「自開業以來,我們有幸見證無數團聚的歡笑,以及您的信任與陪伴。每一份湯底的溫暖,都是我們最珍貴的回憶。無奈時光流轉,天下無不散之筵席,在此謹以最深鞠躬,感謝您一路相挺。 

歡迎舊雨新知把握最後時光,再來嚐一碗熟悉的老湯,與我們話別。」
