世紀21奇豐物業海栢分行助理區域營業董事鄭達昌表示，新近促成馬鞍山錦泰苑居二市場成交，單位為錦培閣(K座)中層01室，實用面積517平方呎，採2房間隔，座向南面望內園景，業主放盤3個月，原叫價$450萬，最終減價$30萬至$420萬(居二市場價)成交，實用面積平均呎價$8,124。

據了解，原業主早於2000年12月以$108.6萬(未補地價)購入上址，持貨近23年至今轉售，賬面賺$311.4萬離場，單位期內大幅升值近2.9倍。
