香港文匯報訊 WEAVE LIVING及房地產投資管理公司領盛投資管理（領盛）以2.75億元購入位於半山羅便臣道68號全幢住宅物業，計劃將會全面翻新物業並提供25個兩房住宅單位。物業位處於中環半山地段，鄰近中環核心商業區及蘇豪區。原業主為本地家族持有物業近70年，買家WEAVE LIVING及領盛購入該物業，是WEAVE LIVING第四度收購本港的物業，更是領盛相隔多年再度回歸本港房地產投資市場。

負責促成交易的第一太平戴維斯大中華區行政總裁李偉文表示，自年初第五波疫情爆發及近期美國加息陰霾的影響下，本港房地產市場充斥不確定因素，投資者相對較為審慎。然而，領盛收購羅便臣道68號作為闊別香港市場多時再度回歸的第一炮，反映位處優越的物業仍備受各類投資者青睞。
