世紀21物業(杏花邨)助理區域董事鄭智鐘表示,該行新近促成杏花邨11座低層06室,實用面積453平方呎,2房間隔,座向內街望幼稚園景,原叫價$750萬,減價$35萬至$715萬沽,實用面積平均呎價$15,784。

據了解,原業主為老牌業主,早於1987年即屋苑入伙初期,僅以$37.9萬購入上址,持貨長達35年之久,賬面獲利逾$677萬,單位期內大幅升值逾17.8倍。
