CCL七大指數齊回升

近日市場上有新盤開售,帶動二手市場交投氣氛,CCL七大指數齊回升,其中新界兩區樓價單周升幅顯著,新界西CCL Mass最新報178.95點,創歷史次高,按周升1.66%,升幅9周以來最大,結束2周連跌。新界東CCL Mass報202.11點,按周升2.08%,升幅11周以來最大,結束2周連跌。

九龍升幅12周最大

中原地產研究部高級聯席董事黃良昇指出,九龍CCL Mass報183.12點,按周升0.68%,升幅12周以來最大,近8周持續於181點至184點爭持。港島CCL Mass報190.99點,按周跌0.43%,連跌2周共2.42%,連續8周於186點至192點反覆爭持。

回顧近3周,CCL四大整體指數持續一周齊升,一周齊跌,交錯出現,短期樓價走勢繼續高位反覆爭持。中原城市領先指數CCL最新報188.34點,按周升0.77%。中原城市大型屋苑領先指數CCL Mass報190.12點,按周升0.86%。CCL(中小型單位)報188.17點,按周升0.85%。CCL(大型單位)報189.18點,按周升0.36%。

本港出現新型新冠變種病毒,將於12月下旬公布的CCL開始反映。12月中美國聯儲局會議可能提前結束買債,對本地樓市影響將於2022年1月上旬公布的CCL反映。
