CCL急升1.22% 7個月最大

先指數CCL最新報188.34點,按周升1.22%,升幅為7個月以來最大。中原地產研究部高級聯席董事黃良昇指出,在美國宣布減買債之前,四大整體指數齊單周顯著反彈,顯示樓價有止跌回穩的跡象,展望樓價短期內找到支持。

港島升4.76% 124周最勁

除CCL創出29周以來最大升幅外,CCL(大型單位)亦按周升1.97%,報188.62點,為升幅26周以來最大,連升3周共3.2%。至於大型屋苑領先指數CCL Mass則報190.35點,按周升1.22%。而CCL(中小型單位)報188.29點,按周升1.08%。兩者升幅均為16周以來最大,兼齊終止7周連跌。

中原指,本周四區樓價指數兩升兩跌。早前施政報告利好新界兩區樓價率先企穩,今周港九市區樓價出現明顯反彈。港島樓價指數報195.73點,按周升4.76%,升幅124周以來最大,結束2周連跌。九龍樓價指數報182.19點,按周升0.55%,升幅10周以來最大。

至於新界區方面,新界西樓價指數報178.09點,按周跌0.08%,結束2周連升。新界東樓價指數報199.28點,按周跌0.98%。該行表示,新界兩區樓價輕微回軟,但受惠於「北部都會區」利好消息,新界西樓價指數近5周持續於177點以上高位企穩,新界東樓價指數連續6周企穩200點水平。
