The three major CCL indexes of second-hand Vaughan see new highs in 7 weeks

reported that second-hand property sales were booming, and the property price index performed well. The Central Plains City Leading Index CCL was last reported at 176.58 points, up 0.27% on a weekly basis. The Central Plains City Leading Index CCL Mass for large housing estates reported 179.84 points, up 0.81% on a weekly basis, the largest increase in 11 weeks. CCL (small and medium-sized units) reported 177.31 points, up 0.63% weekly. The three overall indexes all hit a new 7-week high, which is the market condition in the week before the New Year, and the property price trend continues to rise repeatedly. In the past 4 weeks, CCL has increased by 0.88%, CCL Mass has increased by 1.27%, and CCL (small and medium-sized units) has increased by 1.22%. Huang Liangsheng, senior co-director of Centaline's research department, pointed out that CCL has hit a 7-week high, showing that the overall property price trend is rising repeatedly. The three major indexes rose again this week, and the upward trend gradually formed. After the Chinese New Year, the seasonal boom continues and second-hand transactions continue to increase. It is estimated that the upward trend of property prices in the future will be more obvious.

New Territories East Index hits 11-week high

In addition, the New Territories East CCL_Mass reported 191.76 points, an 11-week high, rising 0.76% on a weekly basis, and rising for two consecutive weeks totaling 1.28%. New Territories West CCL_Mass reported 165.25 points, down 0.09% on a week-to-week basis. It has continued to rise and fall in the past five weeks, and it has risen repeatedly. Kowloon CCL_Mass reported 173.23 points, up 2.64% weekly, ending a two-week losing streak. CCL_Mass on Hong Kong Island reported 184.38 points, down 0.60% weekly, and fell 2.41% for two consecutive weeks. Property prices in the districts have risen repeatedly and continue to develop independently. Property prices in the districts rose twice and fell twice this Thursday. In the 12th week of the fourth wave of the epidemic, CCL increased by 0.59%.
