疫情無損樓價決定入市

李太斥約300多萬買入一伙一房單位予兒子及媳婦,並非首次置業,目前亦未決定自住抑或出租,認為喜歡就住、不喜歡就出租,去年考慮到疫情及經濟差,樓市氣氛麻麻下未有入市,但疫情爆發至今一年,樓價都未見受太大影響,因此決定入市。

唔買樓追唔上通脹

張太斥資約700多萬元買入兩伙開放式單位,主要作投資用途,料每個可收租約9,000元,本身是四叔(恒基地產創辦人李兆基)粉絲,家族持有多個物業均為恒地旗下,包括南昌一號、加多利軒等,認為恒地新盤質素好,亦看好樓市,認為疫情對樓市無影響,寄語年輕人少去旅行、盡快儲錢上車,因她自己都是過來人,相信「唔買樓追唔上通脹」,慨嘆年輕人若不及早上車,只會愈來愈難買樓。
