睇樓客：小朋友長大要換3房

現住將軍澳新都城的楊先生一家四口昨到場參觀SEA TO SKY示範單位。他表示，該盤售價可負擔，又有海景，加上日出康城居住環境好，以及2名小朋友會長大，要有更大空間，有意購入三房單位作換樓用，預算開支約1,000萬元。他又認為，無論政治環境如何，自己都有居住需要，不擔心會對樓價造成影響。

　長實地產投資董事郭子威透露，一對鍾情物業投資的年逾70歲姊妹，是長實忠實粉絲，早年已先後購入東涌映灣園及將軍澳峻瀅後，昨日亦有到場參觀示範單位。據悉，她們有意各購1伙SEA TO SKY的三房單位作投資用，涉資共約2,600萬元。 ■記者梁悅琴
