Kwok Chi-Wai, the Investment Director of the developer, Cheung Kong, expressed yesterday that the first price list of SEA TO SKY will include not less than 285 units, with layouts of two-bedroom, three-bedroom, and four-bedroom. The pricing will consider its seaside advantages, the future traffic in the area, and the upside potential of the shopping mall supporting facility. The developer will strictly enforce the control of people visiting the sample flat following the Government's Restriction of Gathering, and conduct hourly cleaning for sample flat and sales office to ensure the safety and comfort of the sales offices.

There will be more new projects from LOHAS Park in Tsueng Kwan in the future. He believed the continued launch of new projects in the district could drive up the property prices, and cover the shortage since there is no new supply in the old region of Tsueng Kwan.
