樓市續回暖 CCL升0.54%

新冠肺炎疫情略有紓緩,一手樓盤齊推,同時二手市場轉活,中原地產研究部高級聯席董事黃良昇指出,CCL四大整體指數齊升,為9周內第3次。本周CCL、CCL Mass及CCL(中小型單位)齊創11周新高,顯示樓市正準備向上突破,樓價止跌回升。當中,CCL報175.94點,按周升0.54%;CCL Mass報178.74點,升0.62%。CCL(中小型單位)報176.67點,升0.58%。至於CCL(大型單位)報172.15點,升0.30%,連續11周於172點窄幅徘徊。

大灣區指數續創新高

另外,中央「金融26條」撐大灣區,區內前景一片向好,4月中原大灣區指數報117.18點,較上月升0.58%,指數連續兩個月創歷史新高。當中,深圳指數更是連續8個月創新高,累積升幅達13.6%。

中原地產亞太區副主席兼住宅部總裁陳永傑表示,各國以量寬救市對抗疫情帶來的經濟影響,令物業再度成為避險及抗貨幣貶值之工具,加上中國人喜好買「磚頭」保值,4月下旬當疫情受控後,整個大灣區物業成交量皆錄得可觀增幅。
