即使在10號風球吹襲下，港人置業熱情依然不減。元朗PARK YOHO錄得一宗財務公司放盤的成交，買家經過一晚深思熟慮後，最終以890萬元購入單位，呎價低於1萬元，成為近期樓市焦點。

該單位位於PARK YOHO 15B座底層A座，實用面積925平方呎，原叫價900萬元。據利嘉閣助理分區市務經理鄭栢恒透露，該單位屬財務公司放盤，昨日有買家睇樓，經過一晚考慮後，於10號風球期間即日出票並送訂簽約，成交價為890萬元，呎價約9,621元。
