易秉中經理提供的資料顯示，該單位最初叫價$750萬，經過約1個月的市場調整後，最終以減價$31萬成交。買家對該單位的四正間隔和高層開揚的景觀表示滿意，這促使他們迅速決定入市。原業主於2001年9月以約$225萬購入此物業，經過約24年的持有，本次轉手帳面賺取約$494萬，物業價值增長了約2.2倍。
