世紀21奇豐-莊瑞生經理表示，該行新近錄得馬鞍山雅濤居成交，單位為1座低層F室，實用面積482平方呎，屬2房間隔，座向西南望內園景，單位原開價$590萬，放盤3個月，減$40萬至$550萬獲買家承接，實用面積平均呎價$11,411。

據了解，原業主於2020年3月購入上址，當時作價$690萬，持貨5年至今轉售，賬面虧蝕$140萬，單位期內跌幅20%。
