世紀21奇豐物業星濤灣分行經理胡國強表示，該行新近錄得馬鞍山雅景臺4座高層D室，實用面積605平方呎，3房連套房間隔，座向東南，單位放盤4個月，叫價$728萬，減幅8.4%，獲買家以$666.8萬(自由市場價) 承接，實用面積平均呎價$11,021。

據了解，原業主於2000年7月以$227萬(已補地價) 購入上址，持貨逾23年至今將單位轉售，賬面獲利$439.8萬，單位期內升值1.9倍。
