世紀21奇豐-胡國強經理表示，該行新近錄得馬鞍山錦鞍苑成交，單位為玉鞍閣(A座) 低層01室，實用面積554平方呎，屬3房間隔，座向北面望園景，單位放盤1個月，獲買家「零議價」$480萬(自由市場價) 承接，實用面積平均呎價$8,664。

據了解，原業主於2013年2月購入上址，當時作價$345萬(已補地價)，持貨12年至今轉售，賬面獲利$135萬，單位期內升值39%。
