馬鞍山錦泰苑中層3房累減$20萬後以居二市場價$530成交

世紀21奇豐物業馬鞍山市中心分行經理張翠珊表示，該行新近錄得馬鞍山錦泰苑成交，單位為錦蔚閣(E座) 中層07室，實用面積650平方呎，屬3房2廳間隔，座向南面望樓景，單位放盤開價$550萬，累減$20萬，減幅3.6%，以$530萬(居二市場價) 成交，實用面積呎價$8,154。

據了解，原業主於2000年12月以$142.2萬(未補地價) 購入上址，持貨24年至今沽售，賬面獲獲利$387.8萬離場，單位期內升值2.7倍。
