世紀21奇豐-莊瑞生經理表示，該行新近促成馬鞍山迎濤灣成交，單位為A座高層D室，實用面積506平方呎，2房2廳間隔，座向東南望公園景，放盤半年，原叫價$565萬，減$27萬，最後以$538萬成交，實用面積平均呎價$10,632。

據了解，原業主於2011年8月以$385.8萬購入上址，持貨14年至今沽售，賬面獲利$152.2萬，單位期內升值39%。
