世紀21奇豐物業 - 張翠珊經理表示，該行新近促成馬鞍山迎海成交，單位為22座低層D室，實用面積496呎，屬2房2廳連儲物室間隔，座向西南望山景，單位放盤2年，原叫價$780萬，減$134萬至$646萬獲買家承接，減幅達17.2%，實用面積呎價$13,024。

據了解，原業主於2016年5月以$561萬購入上址，持貨9年至今易手，賬面獲利$85萬，單位升值15%。
