世紀21奇豐-鄭達昌董事表示，該行新近錄得馬鞍山迎海‧星灣御23座高層A室成交，實用面積1,389平方呎，屬4房間隔，座向北面望海景，單位放盤1個月，原叫價$2,280萬，減$172萬至$2,108萬獲買家承接，實用面積平均呎價$15,176。

據了解，原業主於2017年5月以$2,164萬購入上址，持貨8年至今易手，賬面虧蝕$56萬，單位期內跌2%。
