世紀21奇豐-胡佩碧經理表示,新近錄得馬鞍山迎海7座高層C室,實用面積513平方呎,2房間隔,座向東北望遠景,單位放盤3個月,原叫價$750萬,減$23萬至$727萬承接,實用面積平均呎價$14,172。

據了解,原業主於2017年1月以$896萬購入上址,持貨8年至今易手,賬面虧蝕$169萬,單位期內跌19%。
