世紀21奇豐物業錦豐分行助理區域營業董事黎健峯表示，該行新近錄得馬鞍山曉峰灣畔3座高層B室，實用面積510平方呎，2房間隔，座向西北望海景，放盤3個月，叫價$730萬，成功以$680萬沽出，減$50萬，實用面積平均呎價$13,333。

據了解，原業主於2017年12月購入上述單位，當時作價$720萬，持貨近7年至今沽售，賬面虧蝕$40萬，單位期內跌6%。
