美聯物業馬鞍山新港城中心分行助理區域經理陳少鴻表示,該行最新促成馬鞍山曉峯灣畔1座高層B室,實用面積約684平方呎,建築面積約901方平方呎,3房連套房單位,享海景且附有露台,間隔方正實用。據悉,買家為租客,心儀單位景觀及樓層,睇樓兩日,見市場交投暢旺,故決定入市,議價$70萬,以$918萬購入是次單位自住,實用面積平均呎價約$13,421,建築面積平均呎價約$10,189。

據了解,原業主於2002年以約$276萬購入物業,持貨逾20年,帳面獲利$642萬,期內物業升值逾2.3倍。
