世紀21奇豐-胡國強經理表示，該行新近促成馬鞍山新港城C座中層02室，實用面積321平方呎，2房間隔，座向西面望內園景，單位放盤達3年，開價$470萬，減$11.2萬，減幅2.4%，獲買家以$458.8萬承接，實用面積平均呎價$14,293。

據了解，原業主於2015年5月購入上址，當時作價$455萬，持貨10年至今轉售，賬面獲利$3.8萬，單位期內微升1%
