世紀21奇豐-胡國強經理表示,該行新近促成馬鞍山新港城C座中層02室,實用面積321平方呎,2房間隔,座向西面望內園景,單位放盤達3年,開價$470萬,減$11.2萬,減幅2.4%,獲買家以$458.8萬承接,實用面積平均呎價$14,293。

據了解,原業主於2015年5月購入上址,當時作價$455萬,持貨10年至今轉售,賬面獲利$3.8萬,單位期內微升1%
