世紀21奇豐物業 - 趙詠欣經理近日宣布，在馬鞍山嵐岸錄得一宗住宅單位成交。該單位位於7座低層E室，實用面積496平方呎，包含2房2廳設計，座向東南，享有美麗的山景。經過10個月的市場放盤，原叫價為$650萬，最終經過13.8%的價格調整，減價$90萬，由買家以$560萬成交，實用面積呎價定於$11,290。

趙詠欣進一步說明，原業主於2006年12月以$255萬購入該單位，經過18年的持有期，現在以$560萬的價格售出，帳面獲利達$305萬，單位期內升值達到1.2倍。此次交易展示了馬鞍山地區不動產市場穩定的投資回報和持續的市場需求。
