世紀21奇豐-黃宗信經理表示,該行新近促成馬鞍山嵐岸6座高層C室,實用面積488平方呎,2房間隔,座向西南望遠景。單位放盤2個月,叫價$620萬,最終減價$45萬,獲買家以$575萬承接,實用面積平均呎價$11,783。

據了解,原業主於2008年6月以$269萬購入上址單位,現持貨17年至今易手,賬面獲利$306萬,單位期內升值逾1倍。
