世紀21奇豐物業星濤灣分行經理胡國強表示，該行新近促成馬鞍山富寶花園成交，單位為5座高層G室，實用面積592平方呎，3房1廳間隔，座向西北望樓景，放盤半個月，當時叫價$398萬，減$14.2萬，獲綠表客以$383.8萬(居二市場價)承接，減幅3.6%，實用面積呎價$6,483。

據了解，原業主於1998年11月以$148萬購入上址，持貨26年至今轉售，賬面獲利$235.8萬，單位期內升值近1.6倍。
