世紀21奇豐物業 - 黃宗信經理表示，該行新近錄得馬鞍山嘉華星濤灣成交，單位為2座低層D室，實用面積463平方呎，2房2廳間隔，座向北面望海景。單位放盤半年，原叫價約$680萬，最終以$615萬成交，減幅約9.5%，實用呎價為$13,283。

據了解，原業主於2016年12月以約$220萬購入上述單位，持貨約9年，是次沽售帳面獲利約$395萬，單位期內升值約1.8倍。
